Stationery Solutions was founded by husband & wife team David & Chris Hall in March 2009, just as the recession was starting to hit! However, we have grown steadily, both the retail and account side of the business, and are now an established, popular business, serving the local community.
David Has over 37 years experience in the stationery trade. (both retail and commercial) He started his career as a WH Smith trainee, progressed through different departments and moved on to other employers. He now hopes he knows enough about the business to set up as an independent. Chris organises the greetings card side of the business. A former teacher, she has a design background, has worked in wholesale stationery and through family connections has a working knowledge of the print industry. Joan Potts, our valued shop manageress, has been in retail stationery since 2000, and besides keeping the shop running smoothly, she keeps David and Chris in order! Finally, we can’t forget Helen Saunders who has been keeping company accounts for more years than she cares to remember, and prevents us from being snowed under with paperwork.
